Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Merchandise ordered from Fire Kiss ISKOTEW OCHEM Cosmetics ships local and international utilizing Canada Post and UPS. Canadian Standard shipping fees apply. When an item is purchased, and it is shipped the customer will be notified with tracking information. For more information, please contact Canada Post or the UPS Store for more information.

We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end. This responsibility of the customer on their region.
